Stoan

The name of this crisp, refreshing white refers to the stony soil in which the grapes are grown. In local dialect, this stony soil is referred to as stoan. This is a unique blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer, fermented in large oak barrels and refined in bottle for seven months.

Tasting Notes

Rich, with a stylish and bold personality, Stoan offers sensual aromas of honeycomb, apples, citrus, and light caramel. Stoan is full-bodied, with a well-defined acidity and a long finish.

Food Pairing

Recommended with rich fish dishes, shellfish, sushi, pasta, omelettes and grilled white meats.
