Stoan

The name of this crisp, refreshing white refers to the stony soil in which the grapes are grown, which in local dialect, is referred to as "stoan." This is a unique blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer, fermented in large oak barrels and refined seven months before bottling.

Tasting Notes

Yellow with golden tones, Stoan has aromas of elder blossom and tropical fruits. Flavors of blossoms, bananas and other fruits are followed by an elegant and creamy finish.

Food Pairing

This wine pairs well with light starters, fish and white meat dishes.
