The grapes were harvested manually during the nights of the last days of February, when the grapes were fully ripe. 100% of the grapes were pressed to accentuate the natural freshness of the wine. A 30-day fermentation in stainless steel was followed by 5 months of aging in stainless steel tanks before bottling in October.
Tasting Notes
Clear golden yellow and bright this wine has a surprising freshness and wit on the nose. Fruity notes predominate such as peach very juicy pineapple and French lemon. In the mouth, this wine is very fresh, sparkling, extremely tasty and fun.
