Unterebner

100% Pinot Grigio from the Unterebner plot, this is not your average Pinot Grigio. The grapes for this wine are rigorously selected. 40% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and 60% is refined in large oak casks. Unterebner is incredibly rich, refined, and elegant. This wine shows opulence, yet is balanced by the minerality that always comes from this plot.  Age worthy, indeed.

Tasting Notes

Gold in color with brilliant yellow hues, Unterebner Pinot Grigio offers fine and supple aromas of honeysuckle, apple blossom, pear, and tropical fruit. Pleasant tones of vanilla are followed by a faint buttery taste. Acidity and smoothness co-exist in harmony and make it a true pleasure to drink.

Food Pairing

Ideal for rich fish dishes and grilled white meats.
