Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon vinified in stainless steel tanks for eight days, this wine is given the classic treatment for Cabernet Sauvignon with aging in Allier barrels for one year, and an additional six months refinement in bottle.

This Cabernet is ruby red in color with a soft, medium body. On the nose, it is rich with chocolate aromas and blackberries that continue through the palate.
