Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon that is harvested in October and vinified in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is aged in Allier barrels for one year.
Tasting Notes
This Cabernet is ruby red in color with a soft, medium body. On the nose, it is rich with chocolate aromas and blackberries that continue through the palate and conclude with a long, dramatic finish.
