Merroir White is a blend of Tocai Friulano, Pinot Gris, and Gewürztraminer, grown organically and biodynamically in the volcanic soils of the Willamette Valley. This wine is crafted in partnership with Hama Hama Oyster Company, as both Hama Hama and Cooper Mountain are multigenerational family businesses keenly focused on environmental stewardship in the face of climate change. Proceeds from sales of this wine are donated to Puget Sound Restoration Fund, working to restore aquatic ecosystems and increase resilience to climate change.

Organically grown and biodynamic, the grapes are fermented with native yeasts in 100% stainless steel tanks. No additives or fining agents are used in crafting this wine.
