Tramin

Sauvignon

Tramin has brilliantly crafted an elegant white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Tramin and Montan, two historical and renowned winemaking districts in the Alto Adige region. Sipping this expressive, terroir-driven wine is the next best thing to being able to frolic in the rolling green meadows of the majestic Dolomite landscape.

Tasting Notes

Lemon-green in color, this wine exhibits pure, racy aromas of  melon, grapefruit and grass, in addition to those ‘classic’ gooseberry notes. This succulent Sauvignon is light and balanced on the palate.

Food Pairing

A heavenly match for oysters on the halfshell, fresh crab (perhaps in California rolls), shellfish and grilled white fish or poultry.
