100% Chardonnay from 3 terroirs: "Les Vignes Longues", "Les Vignes Derrière" and "Les Chaniots".

Wine Production

Cold settling, vinification in stainless steel vats, foudres and low-temperature barrels. Aged 16 months, including 12 months in oak barrels (15% new), followed by 4 months in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of pineapple, white peach, citrus fruit, and delicate floral notes of jasmine. Lively on the palate, with elegant mineral tension and a long, complex finish. 

Food Pairing

Pair alongside roast pork with honey & thyme or cod in hollandaise sauce.
