Wine Production
Organically grown and biodynamic, Cooper Mountain Gamay Noir is fermented with native yeasts and aged in 40% two-year-old oak and 60% neutral oak. No additives or fining agents are used in crafting this wine.
Tasting Notes
Cooper Mountain Gamay is light to medium bodied, fruit forward, lush, and laced with spice.

About the Vineyard
Cooper Mountain planted 1.5 acres of Gamay Noir at their warmer Johnson School vineyard on the Northern Flanks of the Chehalem Mountains AVA in 2010. This certified organic and biodynamic, this vineyard sits at 400 feet of elevation.
