Garzón Petit Clos Tannat

Tannat & Tannat-based Blends

Each Petit Clos wine comes from outstanding plots meticulously selected by Garzón's oenologist and agronomist to showcase the highest varietal expression.

Each wine is carefully crafted from hand-picked clusters from the best vineyard blocks to reflect the unique terroir. This distinct character is retained by using minimal intervention winemaking, fermenting in concrete tanks, and aging in untoasted French oak.

Tasting Notes

Petit Clos Tannat exhibits intense fresh black fruit aromas, with blackberry, cherry, and plum notes on a seamlessly integrated backdrop of oak. The elegant palate showcases flavors of dark chocolate and espresso with polished tannins and a gripping mineral finish.

Food Pairing

Petit Clos Tannat is an optimal partner for grilled or braised meat, but it is equally well-suited to braised or pasta dishes such as bolognese with guanciale.
