Tramin

Nussbaumer

This Alto Adige classic is made from 100% single-vineyard Gewürztraminer, grown in the highly esteemed Nussbaumer plot. This privileged vineyard site is bathed in maritime breezes from Lago di Garda and sits at a higher elevation which results in a long growing season. After harvesting in multiple passes to capture the optimal ripeness of each bunch, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve their freshness and purity.

Tasting Notes

Intense lemon-yellow with golden reflections, Nussbaumer offers aromas of apricot, pineapple, rose petals and lychees, followed by undertones of white pepper, mint and nutmeg. With its excellent concentration and layered richness, this gorgeous wine lingers on the palate for minutes.

Food Pairing

Pairs beautifully with equally weighty and flavorful dishes, such as mild curried chicken or savory couscous casseroles.
