Nussbaumer

Gewurztraminer & Gewurztraminer-based Blends

Made from 100% Gewürztraminer from the Soll vineyard. Gewürztraminer is without a doubt the most typical and renowned white varietal from Alto Adige. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and purity, the wine is refined for 8 months before release.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow in color, Nussbaumer has an intense bouquet of rose petal, tropical fruits, cinammon and clove. On the palate, the wine is intense, persistent and spicy, with subtle notes of flowers and roses.

Food Pairing

Excellent when paired with mature soft cheeses, fois gras, lobster, shrimp and even spicy oriental cuisine.
