Matthews Sauvignon Blanc is crafted using Sauvignon Blanc from select vineyards located in the Horse Heaven Hills of the Columbia Valley. The fruit is farmed using sustainable practices and machine harvested in the early mornings. Upon arriving at the winery, all the grapes are pressed, and the juice is fermented and aged in 100% stainless steel tanks.
