Librandi

Critone

Made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, Critone is exemplary of Librandi’s belief that the future of Calabrian oenology lies in the delicate balance between tradition and innovation.  Such international varieties were originally planted for the purpose of experimental research only, but they continue to yield impressive results.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw-lemon in color, Critone radiates delicate aromas of green apples, peach, wild flowers and a hint of fresh cut grass. Dry and crisp on the palate, this wine shows elegance with layered flavors that unfold well into the finish.

Food Pairing

Critone makes a perfect match with seafood antipasti, shellfish, grilled sea bass, or garden salads and vegetables.
