Jaine Ravenscliff Rosé

Wine Description

This wine is crafted from the Ravenscliff Vineyards. The Grenache and Mourvèdre are picked early to preserve freshness and acidity, and they are pressed upon arrival at the winery. The grapes are combined, fermented, and aged entirely in stainless steel to maximize aromatic potential, fruit esters, and freshness.

Wine Production

Jaine Rosé is crafted from Ravenscliff Vineyards, a large parcel on the Wahluke Slope of Washington State’s Columbia Valley. The vineyard is fully sustainable, and the vines are machine-harvested early in the morning. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are pressed for minimal skin contact. The Grenache and Mourvèdre are combined and then fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel to maximize the aromatic potential, fruit esters, and freshness. This wine is extensively evaluated by the Jaine winemaking team and finally bottled in the Spring after filtration.
