Morassina

Barbera & Barbera-based Blends

A wine of great intensity, in which the freshness of the vine balances perfectly with the fullness of the aging in Slavonian oak wood.

Wine Production

Fermented for 20 days in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 18 months in Slavonian oak casks, followed by 6 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes

Vinous, intense and velvety aroma; dry and full-bodied flavor; of an intense purplish red color, almost impenetrable.

Food Pairing

This wine is ideal with rich pastas, main course meat dishes, salumi, and hard cheeses.
