Domaine Nico

Brut Rosé

“Domaine Nico was born from my obsession for Burgundy Pinot Noir. When I realized we could make a Pinot Noir with the classic floral aromas, minerality and elegance, we began studying the flavors of high-altitude Pinot Noir from Mendoza. The wines that came surprised me with their elegance.” – Laura Catena

Wine Production

Winemaker Roy Urvieta selected Chardonnay and Pinot Noir parcels from Tupungato to make the sparkling blend for the Domaine Nico Brut Rosé. The wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks following the “metodo Italiano” to achieve the greatest freshness on the palate.

Tasting Notes

Domaine Nico Brut Rosé offers refreshing and joyful aromas of acacia, wild strawberries, grapefruit, seashells, herbs, and honey. Its medium-bodied, sleek palate delivers a lingering, fruity, caressing finish.

Food Pairing

Enjoy Domaine Nico Brut Rosé as an aperitif, with fine cheeses (like Stilton, Gorgonzola, or Grana Padano) drizzled in honey, or with a decadent chocolate mousse.
