Wine Production
The Tempranillo grapes are vinified with precision, following a method usually reserved for great whites. Gentle fermentation, controlled oxygenation, and minimal sulfur use ensure purity and elegance. The wine is lightly clarified and aged for two months in American oak.
About the Vineyard
100% Tempranillo grapes, sourced from Faustino’s own plots and emblematic villages with calcareous soils and Atlantic influence. Bodegas Faustino practices sustainable viticulture with a strong emphasis on biodiversity and environmental stewardship. The winery adapts grape varieties to their ideal habitats and plants in high-altitude areas to enhance quality.
