Bodegas Faustino, one of the ‘First Families of Rioja’, was founded in 1861 by the Martinez family and is actively managed today by the 6th generation Martinez daughters. Faustino received its recognition from the first export of Faustino Reserva wines in the 1960s. Faustino Cava Brut is designed to be both sophisticated and approachable, making it suitable for everyday enjoyment as well as special occasions.
Wine Production
A blend of Macabeo and Chardonnay. Produced in the traditional method, Faustino Cava Brut undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle and spends a minimum of 15 months aging sur latte.
Tasting Notes
Floral aromas with honey and fruit notes. Melon and apple flavors with pastry notes and soft bubbles with a long, fresh finish.

Pairs with oysters and an array of seafood and appetizers.

From vineyards in Rioja Alavesa at an average altitude of 650m. Bodegas Faustino is one of the leading producers of Cava in the Rioja Region. Its continental climatology and exceptional soils produce a very different sparkling wine versus the traditional Mediterranean Areas.
