Garzón Reserva Tannat

Garzón Reserva Tannat

Wine Description

Garzón's Reserva offerings are crafted from carefully selected, hand-harvested grapes. Cool Atlantic breezes moderate summer temperatures, allowing for a long, slow maturation. White wines have excellent mid-palate body, fruity aromatics, and are crisp in style. The Reds are medium-bodied and robust, with balanced tannins and toasted flavors from barrel aging. With a focus on terroir and varietal identity, these wines have a unique, modern character emblematic of Garzón.

Acclaim
“The nose displays lively cherry fruit aromas. Vigorous tannins on the palate, with a firm structure. Powerful style, long finish.” — Decanter, Jun 2024
“Dark-fruit aromas are abundant on the nose of this full-bodied Tannat. It has concentrated flavors of ripe black and red fruit framed by firm tannins. Light notes of herbs and graphite complement the palate and linger in the finish.” –  (Best Buy) — Wine Enthusiast, Jun 2024
