Cousiño Macul

Classic Chardonnay

Cousiño Macul was one of the first Chilean vineyards to produce Chardonnay. The vines were originally established in the Maipo Valley with cuttings brought from Burgundy at the end of the 19th century.

Classically styled and 100% stainless steel fermented, Cousiño Macul Chardonnay is crafted to showcase the vibrant character and flavors of the Maipo Valley. It embodies Cousiño Macul’s signature blend of New World richness and Old World finesse.

Tasting Notes

Cousiño Macul Chardonnay has soft aromas of pineapple, passion fruit, ripe apple, peach, and elderflower.

Food Pairing

Cousiño Macul Chardonnay is excellent as an aperitif but matches well with salmon, Caesar salad, and pesto pasta.
