After a soft pressing, the must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and crispness. Refined briefly in tanks and bottle for a few months for extra finesse, Cirò Bianco is ready to be enjoyed upon release.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant lemon-green in color, this wine displays ripe aromas of peach, lemon and orange citrus and a hint of fresh Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, the wine is displays zesty acidity and subtle hints of toasted almonds in the finish.

An incredibly versatile wine, Cirò Bianco is delicious with ceviche, shellfish (raw or with sauces), grilled swordfish, tuna or salmon.
