Segno Librandi Bianco

Segno Librandi Bianco

Made from 100% Greco Bianco, a white varietal brought to Calabria by the ancient Greeks. After a soft pressing, the must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and crispness. Refined briefly in tanks and bottle for a few months for extra finesse, Ciró Bianco is ready to be enjoyed upon release.

Tasting Notes

Bright straw yellow in color, with greenish hues, Librandi’s Ciró Bianco is elegant on the nose, offering a varied palette of Mediterranean and tropical aromas such as ripe peach, pineapple, cedar and bitter orange, followed by delicate notes of Mediterranean herbs and flowers. This wine is fresh in the mouth, with a crisp minerality following the juicy fruit flavors. A pleasant acidity lingers on the finish with subtle hints of toasted almonds. An incredibly versatile wine, ideal in the summer and delicious throughout the year.

Food Pairing

Ciró Bianco is a zesty aperitif wine, to be served alongside fish or vegetable antipasti. It is also a great match with omelets and hard-boiled eggs. Delicious with ceviche, shellfish (raw or with sauces), and with grilled swordfish, tuna or salmon.
