Pinot Grigio

Christof Tiefenbrunner has hand-crafted a solid portfolio of varietal wines, all hallmark expressions of this unique mountainous and cool climate terroir. Made from 100% Pinot Grigio, this wine radiates youthfulness and purity of fruit, achieved through stainless steel fermentation and the use of a cork-free closure.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow in color with lemon highlights, this Pinot Grigio is youthful and lively. On the nose, this wine has aromas of subtle citrus, white flower, pear and apple, and sweet, dried meadow grass. Flavors of citrus and pear give way to a stony minerality and a crisp finish.

Food Pairing

This is a nice quaffing wine that will also pair well with lighter fish and chicken dishes as well as grilled vegetables and light pasta dishes like Pasta Primavera.
