Merus Weissburgunder

Pinot Blanc/Pinot Bianco & Pinot Blanc-based Blends

This elegant wine is made from 100% Pinot Bianco harvested in mid-September and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged briefly on the lees for extra richness, this wine is ready to be enjoyed upon release from the winery.

Tasting Notes

This is an elegant, but youthful and fresh Pinot Bianco. Clear, bright yellow in color, it offers fine floral and fruit aromas on the nose. Hints of apple and tropical fruit are prevalent in its bouquet. A pleasant, fresh acidity supports the wine’s zest

Food Pairing

An excellent choice for all sorts of appetizers, as well as asparagus dishes, seafood, grilled poultry, and fresh sheep’s or cow’s milk cheeses.
