Grapes were hand-harvested during mid-late October. Fermentation and aging took place in stainless steel tanks to maintain purity of fruit. Wines did not undergo malolactic fermentation and were released one year after bottling.

Tasting Notes

Fresh and fruity, the aromas are reminiscent of white currant and citrus fruit.The aromas repeat on the palate.You can drink this wine young, but you can also store  for 3-5 years.

This wine is an ideal partner for traditional Austrian meals, as well as asian cuisine.
