Made from equal parts Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, Campanaio is the result of scrupulous attention starting with the selection of the plants themselves. Alessandro Cellai began by searching for superior rootstocks and clones; he quickly found a passion. Tasting Notes
Campanaio is deep ruby red in color with intense aromas of blackcurrant, plums, tobacco. Rich and broad on the palate, this wine shows structural harmony which persists well into the finish.
