Wine Production
Night harvested followed by gentle direct pressing, before temperature controlled fermentation. The wines are protected with inert gas throughout the winemaking process. Vegan friendly.
About the Vineyard
Vines are elevated at 300-400m above sea level, which provides cooler nights (vs the coast) and in result gives the wine its freshness, acidity and body.
