Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Jaine Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from sustainable vineyards in the Columbia Valley. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are hand-sorted and whole-cluster-pressed, then fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel to maximize the wine's aromatic potential.

Tasting Notes

Jaine Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc offers intense aromas of citrus blossoms, gooseberry, lime, and chalky minerality. Swirling adds fresh herbs, dehydrated citrus peel, and underripe white peach. It is youthful and full of life.

Food Pairing

Serve Jaine Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc with pesto dishes, salads, chicken, or seafood dishes such as sushi.
