Wine Production

Select lots of old and new vine Zinfandel are blended to develop a complex, fruit-forward wine before being aged in primarily stainless steel tanks. A small portion of the wine is aged in seasoned oak barrels to impart a light oak characteristic while allowing the wine to stay true to its varietal character.

The nose unveils enchanting aromas of luscious blackberry jam intertwined with beguiling sweet spices. The palate, a medium-weight canvas, unfolds with opulent flavors of velvety plum, vibrant raspberry, and succulent black cherry.
