Cousiño-Macul Antiguas Reservas Chardonnay

Antiguas Reservas Chardonnay bottle image

Wine Description

Cousiño-Macul's first Antiguas Reservas Chardonnay was made in 1969. Since then, this trademarked designation applies to a selection of Chardonnay that represents the finest of the vintage. The selection process starts in the vineyard with the restriction of the yield per vine and continues throughout the winemaking process.

Acclaim
“Apple, melon and Meyer lemon on the fragrant, spice-accented nose. Bright and lithe in the mouth, with good energy to its citrus and orchard fruit flavors. This brisk, linear, nicely focused chardonnay finishes with good punch and lingering citrus and spice notes. This wine did not go through malolactic fermentation.”
