Food Pairing
This wine is very versatile and will pair well with any number of meat and poultry dishes as well as being a fine match with tomato-based recipes like Spaghetti con Polpette (Spaghetti with Meatballs) and Tamatar Murghi (Indian Tomato Chicken).

About the Vineyard
Tilia is named after the tree commonly found in Argentina’s wine country. For years, vineyard workers have used the flowers of the Tilia to make an herbal tea for enjoyment after a hard day’s work. The name Tilia was chosen in honor of this Argentinean tradition.
