Barbera d`Alba

Barbera & Barbera-based Blends

Made from 100% Barbera d'Alba grown in clayey and sandy soils in various estate vineyards. The grapes are harvested in late September. They are vinified and aged entirely in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes

Ruby red in color with fleshy aromas of ripe red berries. On the palate, the wine is dry with balanced acidity, medium body and a lingering finish framed by chewy tannins.

Food Pairing

To be enjoyed with medium aged cheese, rich pastas, polenta with sausage, and roast beef.
