Finca Valpiedra

Reserva

Finca Valpiedra Reserva is made up of 92% Tempranillo, 6% Graciano and 2% Experimental Variety. Grapes are harvested in the Finca Valpiedra vineyard the 1st week of October and fermented in stainless steel tanks before aging in French oak barriques for 22 months.

Tasting Notes

Finca Valpiedra Reserva has intense ruby pigments with a violet rim. The nose is highly intense with mineral and red and black fruits, which mixes well with the wood notes from the French oak. The palate consists of an excellent smoothness and volume. The taste is savoury and balanced, giving a very long after taste with spicy, fruity and wood notes.

Food Pairing

Pair with lamb and apricot tajines, prime rib, tomato stews, or green lentil-based dishes.
