Recipe:
- 1.00oz Fosforo Mezcal Ensamble
- 0.50oz Palomo Mezcal Con Mole
- 0.50oz Ume Plum Liqueur
- 0.75oz Fresh lime juice
- 0.50oz Honey syrup (1:1)
- 2 drops saline (1:4)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice.
- Shake and double strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with lime.
