        Join us for a peek into the kitchen of Nadia Zenato of Zenato Winery. Nadia will be cooking the traditional Venetian dish Zenato Amarone Risotto to pair with Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG. Grab the ingredients and a bottle or two of Amarone to drink and cook along with us.

        320 gr (.7 lbs) Vialone Nano or Carnaroli Rice
        60 gr (2.1 oz) Grated Parmesan Cheese
        350 ml (12 oz) Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella
        1 Shallot (around 50 gr (1.8 oz))
        80 gr (3 oz) Butter
        Yellow Pumpkin: half, cut into small pieces
        1 L (34 fl oz) Meat Broth
        Salt to taste
