“The 2007 ÀN is made in only the better vintages. It is 95% Callet and 5% Mantonegre-Fogoneu with yields of under 1 ton of fruit per acre. The wine was aged for 17 months in new French oak. Mineral, spice box, incense, and violets aromas inform the nose of this dense, layered offering. Medium- to full-bodied, it has excellent volume, impeccable balance, and a lengthy, pure finish.”
The 2007 AN/2 is 65% Callet, 20% Mantonegro-Fogoneu, and 15% Syrah aged in 35% new French and American oak. Dark ruby-colored, it displays a bouquet of earth, tobacco, mineral, iodine, black cherry, and blueberry.
