Review “An elegant bubbly with aromas of white flowers and stone fruit, Zenato Brut is made from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana, an indigenous variety to the Lake Garda region of Lombardy. It’s made in the Champagne method and aged 18 months—don’t call it Prosecco! The Zenato family owns vineyards in San Benedetto di Lugana, 15 miles west of Verona on the shores of Lake Garda. The wine pairs especially well with lobster.”
