“100% Chardonnay; vinified and aged in oak for eight months. Zero dosage. Light yellow; vibrant mousse. Aromas of fresh lemon, apples, hazelnut and pistachio. Medium-full with very good acidity, there is a marvelous delicate nature to the weight of the palate and the fruit concentration in the finish. Slightly austere, this is quite dry, but not exceedingly so, as this is as elegant a zero dosage Champagne as you will find. Wonderful expression of fruit, subtle spice and acidity, this is ultra clean in the best sense, and the overall sensation is one of charm and finesse. Still quite young (the grapes were harvested from the 2014 vintage), this is delicious now and should offer greater complexity in another 3-5 years, with peak drinking in 7-10 years.” (Superb)
"The Brut Réserve, a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, offers engaging aromas of lemon zest, white peach, apple and pastry cream, and has beautiful freshness and excellent complexity, along with impeccable harmony and refreshing acidity. This is an Extra Brut (although not labeled as such), yet it is not exceedingly dry: its appealing drinkability will satisfy a wide range of tastes, from beginners to veteran Champagne drinkers; meanwhile, the pricing is extremely fair, making it an excellent value."
“An exquisite bottling made with from the La Croisette vineyard, a rare parcel that has never been treated with chemicals. This 100% Chardonnay bottling is rich and intricate on the palate with crisp threads of citrus over layers of toast and almond. The winery started farming organically back in the 1960’s and in 1988 Pascal Leclerc began incorporating biodynamic principles. His untimely death led to a period of disarray for the House but it is now in full revival mode under the devoted ownership of Mark Nunnelly and his wife Denise Dupré.”
