"A classic rendering of Eden Valley Riesling, the 2017 Single Vineyard Estate Riesling features textbook florals, green apples and limes. It's light to medium-bodied, crisp and clean, even a bit austere, with a bright, sherbet-like zesty edge on the long finish. Like most Rieslings, it can be drunk young or held a decade or more."
"Pewsey Vale's 2012 The Contours Museum Reserve Riesling has been released right at the beginning of its maturity. It offers up hints of beeswax, bergamot and lime, with maybe just hints of nectarine and marmalade to balance things out. It's dry and medium-bodied, and shows just how good Eden Valley Riesling can be after a few years of age."
"Showing a few brassy highlights to its straw color, Pewsey Vale's 2007 The Contours Museum Reserve Riesling is mature, offering hints of toasted coconut, beeswax, lime marmalade and bergamot oil. It's medium-bodied, fully dry and long on the finish, extended by electric acids and a zesty-briny character that lingers into next week. I wouldn't cellar it too much longer, but it's nice that the winery held some back so we can taste what mature Eden Valley Riesling can be."
""The 2016 Riesling opens with notes of chalk dust and wet pebbles over a core of lime juice, yuzu zest and lemongrass. Light-bodied and bone dry with a racy line of acidity cutting through the intense citrus and mineral flavors, it finishes with great freshness and length."

Pewsey Vale Contours Riesling Museum Release
"The 2010 The Contours Museum Reserve Riesling shows lovely, evolving lanolin and petrol notes, with beeswax and toast over a core of lemon curd, lemongrass and lime leaves. There is some honey, as well. This is a dry, light and expressive Riesling with tons of layers of flavor, as well as a long finish."
"Starting with pronounced green apples, citrus and white pepper, the 2015 Riesling leads to some notes of coriander seed and jasmine. Light, dry, lively and fresh on the palate, this Riesling is still a little tight, but possesses some spicy hints and great length."
