“This wine shows subtle notes of stone fruit and lemon, along with some herbal tones. There’s crisp acidity on the palate but the fruit is a little sour, particularly on the finish.”
Oxford Landing - Wine Enthusiast
Oxford Landing Estates Shiraz
“A ripe nose of almost raisined strawberry and plum fruit mixes with dusty oak spice. The palate is juicy-fruited and is marked by drying oaky tannins that are a little on the clunky and bitter side, particularly at the close.”
"This Shiraz blends in 2% Viognier and possesses a medium garnet color. The nose of the 2015 Oxford Landing Shiraz shows nice ripe cherry and floral aromas with hints of baking spices. The wine has a medium body and a nice backbone. Both chewy and fresh, there is a core of great fruit and the wine finishes with good length."
