Acclaim
Pale green-yellow. Fresh yellow apple, tobacco, soft smoke and pronounced pepper on the nose. Compact, firm and medium-bodied, with dried pear and apple complemented by a salty mineral component. Refreshing acidity is nicely integrated and the finish offers good intensity and excellent persistence.
