Our most prized asset is our heritage of vines 30-90 years old, indigenous varieties cultivated in a sustainable way with minimal intervention.

About the Vineyard

Finca las Cruces vineyard was planted in 1970,  in one of the highest areas of Castilla la Mancha.  It reaching between 650 and 700 metres altitude with deep lime soil and find red clay.

Wine Production

Harvest takes place towards the end of September.  The process begins with native yeasts, fermentation in steel vats, malolactic fermentation followed by six months in French barrels.

Tasting Notes

Bright violet color. Aromas of red berries, spices and dried flowers with a spicy note that is becomes pronounced as it breathes. Juicy in the mouth, offers fresh currants and cherry flavors. Fine-grained tannins add to a long finish with accented spices.
