Viura 2013

This white wine from Finca Antigua is made entirely of Viura harvested in early September from the winery’s “El Palomar” parcel. The wine is fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures for a long period to preserve the brilliant fruit and floral aromas of the Viura grapes. Five months aging sur lie add body and complexity, making this wine a great example of what modern Viura is all about.

Tasting Notes

Finca Antigua Viura is a lightbodied white wine with moderate acidity. It shows floral notes and white fruit on the nose, while the palate is soft with a citrus apple finish.

Food Pairing

Drink it as a cocktail or with salads, shellfish, seafood, or fruit salads.
