This youthful white wine is made entirely from Verdejo grapes, which are harvested at night to preserve the fresh and fruity profile of the final wine. Additionally, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel followed by aging on the lees for two months before bottling.
Pale lemon-green in color, this wine offers intensely aromatic notes of lemon verbena, green apple, orange blossom and a hint of fennel. Very fresh on the palate with crisp acidity, this wine offers an impressive harmony of flavors and structure.
