Tinto Reserva 2007

Garrida's blend of 50% Tinta Roriz and 50% Touriga Nacional is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. This wood treatment lends the wine a fuller body, but still allows its fruity character to show through.

Tasting Notes

The Quinta da Garrida Vinho Tinto is dark red in color. On the nose, notes of licorice, plum and prune are followed by hints of smoke. This wine is appealing and sweet, well-balanced and attractive with a long finish in the mouth.

Food Pairing

Ideal with mushroom risotto with parmesan.
