Wine Description

Made from 100% Chardonnay and fermented in stainless steel at a low temperature to retain freshness and acidity. The wine is then aged for two months in stainless steel before release from the winery.

Acclaim
The 2006 Classic Chardonnay has alight lemon color with a grassy, Sauvignon Blanc like profile with a touch of anise. Picked under-ripe, it offers a lovely citrus and lime flavor with good balance and ripe round tannins.
