Lasbastida Reserva is made from 90% Tempranillo and 10% Field Blend, fermented in stainless steel tanks. Reserva wines are meant to show the Tempranillo grape's affinity for oak aging.
Labastida Reserva is deep ruby-garnet in color with elegant, interwoven aromas of cherry, blackberry jam, hints of cinnamon, and toasted vanilla. On the palate, the wine exhibits beautiful structure: fullbody, fine tannins, silky texture, long length, and a spicy finish.
Pair with slowpoached steaks, Solomillo Español, lamb and lentil stew, or Moroccan tajines.
