Quinta de Chocapalha White is a blend of indigenous Portuguese varietals sourced from 16th century vineyards 28 miles northwest of Lisbon. Intensely bright, Quinta de Chocapalha White is fermented in stainless steel and stays in contact with the lees for 6 months.

Tasting Notes

Fresh citric, floral and tropical notes radiate on the nose, while the palate displays great balance and enticing acidity.

Food Pairing

Pairs well with pan fried chicken cutlet with lemon and fresh spring greens.
